Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical & marketing)
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client databases
  • Handle client communication professionally
  • Support in scheduling meetings and demos

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Admin or Sales Support role
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Strong MS Office and CRM tools knowledge
  • Prior experience in tech / ERP is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
