✅Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Odoo Implementation team.
- Oversee project delivery and ensure alignment with CDS methodology.
- Conduct client meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Review deliverables and ensure the highest quality standards.
- Provide training and mentoring for team members.
- Handle escalations and solve complex implementation issues.
- Improve processes and contribute to continuous enhancement of the implementation cycle
✅Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in Odoo & 1 year as Team leader of Implementation.
- Previous experience in team leadership or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of Odoo modules
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Odoo Certification is a plus.
