To support this exciting journey, we are looking for a skilled Odoo Projects Manager to lead our odoo projects, ensure operational excellence, and help shape the future of our client success stories.
✅Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
- Analyze customer requirements and map them to appropriate Odoo ERP solutions.
- Conduct professional Odoo demonstrations tailored to customer needs and industry-specific scenarios.
- Prepare solution presentations, proposals, scope documents, and business process workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to support business development activities and close opportunities.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices based on Odoo capabilities.
- Assist in defining project scope, implementation effort estimates, timelines, and high-level requirements.
- Address customer inquiries regarding Odoo functionality, implementation approaches, and business process improvements.
- Coordinate with functional and technical consultants to validate proposed solutions and ensure feasibility.
- Support RFP responses, tenders, workshops, and customer presentations.
- Ensure smooth handover of project requirements and expectations to the implementation team after project award.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records and documentation within CRM systems.
- Stay updated on Odoo product developments, new features, and industry trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ERP Consulting, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Functional Consulting, or a related role.
- Good understanding of business processes including Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchasing, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations.
- Strong analytical and requirements-gathering skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
- ERP implementation or consulting experience is considered a strong advantage.
